Shamona Harrell has spent nearly two decades inside school counseling — currently as Director of College, Career & Student Supports at Fulton County Schools, and head counselor at Riverwood International Charter School. She started Empowered 2 Lead so the bench every school wishes it had could exist outside the bell schedule too.
