  1. Phase 01

    Discovery

    60 minutes. We listen to where the gap actually lives — caseload, cohort, season, scope.

  2. Phase 02

    Scoped proposal

    Within 10 business days: deliverables, timeline, pricing, and the data we'll measure.

  3. Phase 03

    Pilot

    One semester. Light enough to learn, real enough to count. Quarterly reporting baked in.

  4. Phase 04

    Scale

    If the pilot works, we expand. If it doesn't, we tell you why before you renew.
